She has worked with some of the largest UK Retailers, Casual Dining Brands, and Hospitality Brands to support business growth through targeted research and action planning.

Piyush Kumar has over 12 years of experience as a market researcher and consultant, giving him considerable knowledge of the planning, implementation, and management of both primary and secondary studies. Piyush has conducted research on themes such as brand monitoring, customer experience, net promoter score, market intelligence & segmentation, pricing, and more for a variety of customers across numerous sectors. His ability to interact with clients, generate ideas, manage people, and make quick choices are Piyush's biggest assets. He holds a PGDM in marketing and an engineering degree in Computer Science. 

Pranjal Dev Goswami has extensive IT professional experience, backed by his Executive MBA and a PMP certification. With over 19 years of experience in the IT Industry, Pranjal brings a wealth of expertise in Solution Design, Implementation, Delivery, and Maintenance along with his Project Management & Program Management skills. During his career, he has successfully delivered numerous country-level rollout projects across diverse domains, including GIS, Land Records, e-Governance, Finance, and Operations. In addition, he has catered to domestic and international clients, demonstrating his ability to excel globally.

Surbhi Grover Singla is a Senior Sales Manager at Novus Insights. An experienced management professional with a proven 12-year track record in Market research, Market Entry strategy and consultative sales. 

Surbhi has partnered with some of the largest companies across FMCG, BFSI, and the automotive industry, providing them with custom research solutions to aid strategic and business decisions. She holds a PGDM in Finance and a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications.

Debojyoti is a Senior Sales Manager at Novus Insights with over 9 years of experience in the petrochemicals, oil and gas, and IT sectors. He is a highly skilled professional who excels at understanding his clients' and stakeholders' needs.

Debojyoti translates these needs into functional specifications and advises on the most suitable solutions, leveraging his deep industry expertise.

Prior to joining Novus Insights, he was associated with The Insight Partners and Transparency Market Research, where he garnered significant knowledge on automotive, aerospace, defense, and electronics market consulting. Rupanjan holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
