Job Description:
  • Responsible for leading and mentoring the team of presales and inside sales
  • Conducts feasibility assessments using secondary research tools and techniques
  • Ensures quality control of all proposals and marketing collaterals
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to develop proposals or marketing credentials
  • Liaises with both domestic and international sales heads for their respective requirements
  • Creates effective research proposals in MS Word and MS PowerPoint formats
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform within specified deadlines without compromising the quality of proposals
  • Maintains records of RFQs and RFPs and updates the CRM on a real-time basis
  • Works with sales leads to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensures win themes are clear and compelling
  • Contributes to written proposals in terms of both content and presentation
  • Manages the end-to-end bid process
Required Skills:
  • Postgraduate or Graduate with good grades
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of market research
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proactive in responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong secondary research skills for feasibility assessments
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations with infographics is required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years (preferably in the Market Research Industry)
