JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled React & Node.js Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing full-stack applications that deliver high performance and seamless user experiences.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Express.js, Redux, Hooks, and Context API Should be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with database management using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Understanding of version control using Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- End to end project management, including making actionable recommendations to support key business objectives
- Designing questionnaires/focus group screeners/interview guides to meet the specific client objectives
- Must know how to synthesize and communicate both primary and secondary research findings into actionable insights according to the client’s objectives
- Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Post Graduation (preferably MBA or Masters in any stream, preferably Marketing/Economics) with good academic scores
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have experience in working on B2C research projects, conducting quantitative studies, DG Design and report writing
- Should be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
