Rahul Dhar is our Principal Consultant and has over 21 years of rich experience consumer research, market intelligence and consulting, having built his career with leading organizations including Ipsos, Kantar TNS, Kantar Millward Brown, and Pidilite Industries. 

He brings a strong combination of Behavioural Qualitative and In Depth Quantitative research expertise, with deep experience across brand equity and positioning frameworks, customer journey experience decoding and brand and communication tracking, along with extensive experience consulting with CXO-level stakeholders.

Surbhi is an experienced management professional with over 15 years of experience in market research, consulting, and technology. She has partnered with some of the largest companies across FMCG, F&B, BFSI, consumer durables, and the automotive industry, providing custom research solutions to aid strategic and business decisions. She holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's in Engineering.

Rupanjan is an experienced market research/consulting professional with 9 years of experience across various verticals including automotive, electronics, aviation and defense. He has worked with multiple automotive and electronics industry stakeholders (domestic and international).

Rupanjan specializes in both quantitative and qualitative studies including market/industry forecasting, data triangulation, formulating Go-to-Market strategies, and competitive analysis. He posses in-depth understanding of automotive industry and electronics products.
